Vino.ph is an online wine store that offers a range of great value wines from boutique wineries all around the world. We offer delivery service between 1-2 business days for Metro Manila orders.

We also offer specialty Italian liquor, along with accessories to complete your wine & spirits drinking experience.

Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver only to fixed addresses in Metro Manila. Please note that we do not deliver to pick-up points.

How much do you charge for deliveries?
A standard delivery fee of PHP 150.00 will apply to orders below our minimum for free delivery. Free delivery within Metro Manila for orders amounting to PHP 3,500.00 and above.

How long do your deliveries take?
We offer next-day deliveries for all orders received by 5pm. Beyond that, your order will be processed the next day, and the delivery will be scheduled the day after. For orders made on a Saturday, deliveries will be made on Monday.

When do you deliver?
We deliver Mondays to Saturdays.

How do I order?
Place your order right here on our website. After finding the wines you want, add them to your online cart, check out, provide delivery and payment information, and wait for your wine to be delivered to you.

Is there a minimum amount for deliveries?
Yes. Minimum amount for delivery is PHP 1,000.00

Are you always open?
You can order from our website anytime you want. Processing and delivery, however, will follow our business hours.

What if I order outside your business hours?
If you order outside our operating hours, your order will be processed on the next business day and will be delivered between 1-2 business days .

What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, bank transfers, Gcash, and Paymaya. Cash-on-delivery is also accepted. Please advise us in advance if you will require change.

Can I order and have it delivered to someone else?
Yes, we do — wines make the perfect gifts, after all. During the checkout process, make sure you indicate the gift receiver’s address in the Shipping address section. There’s also an option for gift packaging that will appear on checkout. All you have to do is tick on the checkbox of the packaging you want and you’re set.

I’m having problems ordering, and I don’t know if it went through. How do we sort this?
You’ll be notified via an email confirmation if we have received your order for processing. If you didn’t receive an email, contact us here so we can assist you.

Are there discounts for big orders?
Yes, we do offer discounts for big orders. A bulk discount will be applied when you reach a minimum order of PHP 15,000 or more. Contact us here if you’re ready to order.

What happens if I want to return an item?
All sales on vino.ph are final. Inspect your order carefully for any manufacturer damages or defects, as the sale will be considered final upon receiving.
