TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF DELIVERIES TO CITIES UNDER LIQUOR BAN

How much do you charge for deliveries*?

A standard delivery fee of PHP 150.00 for Metro Manila will apply for orders below PHP 3,500.00.

FREE DELIVERY applies to orders amounting to PHP 3,500 and up.

 *Minimum purchase to checkout: PHP 1,000.00

 

How long do your deliveries take?

We offer up to 2 business days fulfillment for all orders received by 5pm. Beyond that, your order will be processed the next day, and the delivery will be scheduled the day after or 2 business days from receiving your order.

 

When do you deliver?

We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, from 10AM to 6PM.

 

How do I order?

Place your order right here on our website. After finding the wines you want, add them to your online cart, check out, provide delivery and payment information, and wait for your wine to be delivered to you.

 

Is there a minimum amount for deliveries?

Yes, there is. The minimum order amount is PHP 500.00 before delivery fees.

 

Are you always open?

You can order from our website anytime you want. Processing and delivery, however, will follow our business hours.

 

What if I order outside your business hours?

If you order outside our operating hours, your order will be processed on the next business day and will be delivered on our 1-2 business day delivery schedule.

 

What modes of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and JCB are accepted.

Bank transfer via BDO.

E-Wallet via Gcash and Paymaya.

Cash-on-delivery is also accepted for Metro Manila orders. Please advise us in advance if you will require change.

 

Can I order and have it delivered to someone else?

Yes, we can — wines make the perfect gifts, after all.

Kindly note that this option applies only to purchases made with online payments and not cash-on-delivery.

 

There’s a problem with my online payment. How do I fix it?

I’m having problems ordering, and I don’t know if it went through. How do we sort this?

What happens if I want to return an item?

All sales on vino.ph are final. Inspect your order carefully for any manufacturer damages or defects, as the sale will be considered final upon receiving. 

Only wrongly delivered items may be considered for returns.
